Mark Rogow
A.T.,C., C.S.C.S.
Mark is currently the Minor League Athletic Training Coordinator for the New York Mets. Mark has held this position for the past three seasons. Prior to joining the Mets three years ago, he spent fifteen years in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. While with the Pirates, Mark served as the Assistant Athletic Trainer with the major league club for five years and in 2002 was named as a member of the Major League Athletic Training Staff of the Year. Prior to working with the major league club, he was the Minor League Athletic Training Coordinator for four seasons after working six seasons in the Pirates minor league system as an athletic trainer.
Mark has worked with a variety of athletes during his offseasons, including working the Junior Rolex Tennis World Championships 1994 – 2000.
He has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association since 1990, a National Strength and Conditioning Association member since 1991, a certified strength and conditioning specialist since 1992, certified athletic trainer since 1992 and became a licensed massage therapist in 1991.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida in 1991.
He and his wife, Cheryl and their son Spencer currently reside in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
