Stephen Berger
Major League Lacrosse All-Star and three-time All-American Stephen Berger was drafted by the MLL's Long Island Lizards in 2004 and earned a spot in the MLL's All-Star game for the first time in 2007. In three years with the Lizards, Berger has scored 62 goals and assisted on 16 others. In January 2008, Berger played with the U.S. National Team at the Champions Challenge Weekend.
Berger polished off a stellar collegiate career at Washington in 2004, scoring a school-record 94 points on 53 goals and 41 assists. He was named the 2004 Co-Midfielder of the Year for Division III. He was also named the Centennial Conference Player of the Year for the second consecutive year, was recognized as a first team All-American for the second straight season and as an All-American for the third year in a row. Berger totaled 135 goals, 106 assists, 241 points, and 276 ground balls in four years at WC.
